Train and condition polo horses for optimal performance, assessing fitness, temperament, and suitability for matches. Develop exercise and rehabilitation programs while coordinating veterinary and farrier care. Monitor health metrics and ensure compliance with welfare and safety standards. Assist players in selecting suitable horses for competitive events. This role requires extensive knowledge of polo and equine management, including experience in training and conditioning. The position offers a basic salary, housing, utility bills coverage, annual leave tickets, and health insurance.
