Job Summary

Conduct high-quality teaching, pursue a strong research agenda, and mentor students from diverse backgrounds as a Continuing Faculty Status-track Professor. Demonstrate potential for excellence in teaching, scholarship, and citizenship while supporting the university's academic and religious missions within the context of the affiliated church's principles. Submit a curriculum vitae, cover letter, mission alignment statement, graduate transcript, teaching effectiveness evidence, and scholarly work samples to Jay Goodliffe by September 1, 2026. Relocate to or reside in Provo, Utah, for the duration of employment.

Required Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in political science or related field
  • Ph.D. completed by the start date
  • Potential for high-quality teaching

  • Current temple recommend
