Job Summary
Conduct in-person voter outreach through door-to-door canvassing to deliver persuasive messaging about candidates and ballot initiatives. Collect petition signatures, record daily data, and submit reports to program leadership while consistently meeting outreach and engagement goals. Build positive relationships with voters to strengthen community trust and represent North Shore Strategies with professionalism. Attend trainings and team meetings to stay aligned on strategy and talking points. This seasonal, short-term assignment runs from September 8, 2026, to November 3, 2026, with shifts of 4–5 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a registered voter in your state of residence
- Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week when a program is active
- Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort engaging strangers
- Reliable, goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a team
- Willing and able to canvass outdoors for extended periods in varying weather
- Strong belief in progressive values and civic participation
- Capable of meeting deadlines and performance targets
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, or community organizing
