Job Summary
Door-to-door canvassing to educate voters on political issues and candidate platforms; collect signatures at high-traffic events or outside public venues; track work via apps; collaborate with team to meet outreach goals; participate in training and meetings; requires mobility to walk long distances and climb stairs; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; must have a smartphone and reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territory; high school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment; 18+; prior canvassing or customer service experience is a plus; bilingual Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- A smartphone and reliable transportation and willingness to travel in assigned territory
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Prior experience in canvassing, door to door sales, or customer service is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
