Job Summary
Operate pneumatic air Sanders and deburring tools to break sharp edges, tumble parts, and polish surfaces while ensuring products remain free of burrs, scratches, and nicks. Load components into tumble machines and wash parts, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Use hand-held tools for prolonged standing and wrist movement over eight-hour shifts, including overtime, while rotating between finishing areas like polishing, deburring, tumbling, and washing. Enter accurate data into the ERP system and comply with AS9100/ISO9001 standards. Must be a US citizen and able to lift 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- High School Graduate
- Must be able to lift minimum of 25 pounds
- Must be familiar with Job Traveler and operations
- Prolonged Standing for 8 hours plus Overtime
- Continuous and Prolonged used of Hands and Wrist movement when using hand held tools
- Must be dependable and punctual at all times
- Willing to rotate from other finishing areas
- Responsible for accurate data entry in ERP system
- Responsible to comply with Policy, Procedure and AS9100/ ISO9001 Standard
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Deburring/Polishing
- Mechanical aptitude
- Blueprint or Drawing reading
- Aerospace Industry experience
- Manufacturing environment experience
