POLISHER

Polisher responsible for stocking and maintaining front-of-house restaurant supplies, polishing all glasses and silverware for dining service, folding napkins and creating extra place settings, stocking shelves and service stations, and taking occasional inventory to identify items to reorder or replenish. Primary duties include receiving, unpacking, stocking dining room goods, restocking china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments, and linen, and ensuring adequate supplies are available when the dining room is open.
