Job Summary
Carry out final polish and detailing of vehicles to a showroom-quality standard, removing surface imperfections including fine scratches, swirl marks, and blemishes. Ensure a pristine, high-gloss finish that reflects the standards of luxury marques while working collaboratively with paint technicians, QC, and valeting teams. Handle each vehicle with the utmost care and respect. This role offers competitive salary plus performance-related bonus, 29 days holiday, and pension contributions at Steer Luxury Division in High Wycombe.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in vehicle polishing, detailing or paint correction
- Experience with machine polishing and a range of compounds and techniques
- Keen eye for detail and a methodical, high-quality approach
