Polish Operator Trainee

Polish Operator Trainee at STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH will be responsible for cleaning, deburring, polishing, grit blasting, and/or grinding manufactured parts, inspecting parts for defects, mounting tools on revolving spindles, changing tooling, and using abrasives and finishing tools (Dremel, Scotch-Brite, abrasive wheels, bench grinders) to achieve deburred, polished surfaces. The role requires handling parts up to 25 pounds, standing, frequent hand use, and wearing a respirator for portions of the shift. Training may be provided; the position emphasizes precision finishing, tooling changes, and operation of equipment such as grit blast cabinets and Flex-hone where indicated.
