Polier / Werkpolier / Vorarbeiter (m/w/d)

Coordinate construction sites for high-rise and turnkey projects by overseeing workflow, assigning tasks to staff, and managing site safety and environmental compliance. Execute surveying, document construction execution, handle technical acceptances, and manage defect management. Participate in site meetings with the site manager to align on progress and administrative requirements. This role offers year-long employment with regular hours, daily homecoming, and performance-based compensation including vacation and Christmas bonuses.
