Polier (w/m/d) - Düsseldorf

Plan, prepare, and steer earthwork, trench, and sewer construction projects in collaboration with the site manager. Monitor construction sites while controlling work against schedule, quality, and cost targets. Maintain safety and health standards on-site, operate vehicles and equipment, and lead the construction logbook. Participate in meetings with the site manager and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery. Utilize GPS and rover staff for surveying, with training provided as needed. Requires practical experience as a master or polier, Class B driver's license, and knowledge of construction contract law.
