Job Summary
Lead specialized construction columns on major infrastructure projects, planning economic personnel and equipment usage while coordinating subcontractors for quality, schedule, and safety compliance. Independently manage material supply chains and oversee delivery timelines, ensuring strict adherence to VOB regulations and environmental standards. Create hand measurements and settlement sketches to support construction accounting. Work on significant initiatives including the A33 highway and tunnel projects in the Bremen region, with placements primarily in Hannover and Bielefeld. The company offers a structured development path through its internal Academy and Buddy program, guiding candidates toward independent project leadership.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Polierausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der Projektabwicklung im Tief- und Straßenbau
- mindestens 3 Jahre allgemeine Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau, Straßenbau, Erdbau oder Asphaltbau
- sicheren Umgang mit Vermessungstechnik sowie gängigen Geräten im Tiefbau
- Kenntnisse der VOB sowie der aktuellen ZTV Asphalt und RStO
- Deutsch auf mindestens C1-Niveau
- Führerschein der Klasse B
