Job Summary
Lead track and civil construction operations on-site, supervising and documenting work while coordinating specialists, foremen, and operators. Train staff, manage subcontractors, and ensure economical use of equipment and materials. Prepare daily reports, layouts, and complete documentation for tracks and switches. Guarantee on-time, quality, and safe execution of tasks, reporting incidents to site leadership. Manage regional projects across Berlin, Brandenburg, and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Gleisbaufacharbeiter oder Tiefbaufacharbeiter
- mindestens drei Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung als Polier im Baugewerbe
- gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- bereit, entsprechend der Baustellenanforderungen zu reisen sowie Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste zu übernehmen
