Job Summary
Manage high-rise and turnkey construction projects independently by organizing and steering the entire on-site workflow. Coordinate your own team and subcontractors while overseeing quality, schedules, and safety. Lead construction teams and collaborate closely with site management to ensure smooth project execution. Verify subcontractor performance and guarantee execution quality across complex commercial, industrial, and logistics properties. Work four days a week from home with a 30-day vacation allowance and a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung im Hochbau (z. B. Hochbaufacharbeiter, Maurer, Beton- und Stahlbetonbauer, Zimmerer, Trockenbaumonteur, Stuckateur oder vergleichbar)
- abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Werkpolier, Polier, Vorarbeiter oder Meister im Hochbau
- Erfahrung im deutschen Baugewerbe sowie im Schlüsselfertigbau und bereits Schlüsselfertigbauprojekte erfolgreich begleitet
- deutsche Sprache sicher auf mindestens C1-Niveau
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- deutschlandweit reisebereit
