Job Summary
Senior Policy & Strategy Analyst develops and executes formal studies to inform policy and resource decisions for a national-level client. Leads literature reviews, surveys, and qualitative/quantitative analyses; prepares executive-level decision analytics, reports, and briefings for senior leadership. Requires 12+ years in policy/strategy, strong Excel/Tableau data skills, and experience with intelligence-community processes; TS/SCI w/Poly and U.S. citizenship are required. Bachelor's degree is required with Master’s strongly preferred. Location at Bethesda, MD (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience in policy analysis, strategic planning, or intelligence-related studies
- Strong background in data collection, normalization, and analysis, using tools such as Excel and Tableau
- Experience with survey design, administration, and analysis
- Ability to apply quantitative and qualitative research methods, including statistical analysis and structured analytic techniques
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience producing high-level decision papers and briefings
- Ability to work with ill-structured or unstructured problems across various domains
- Bachelor’s degree required (STEM field preferred); Master’s degree strongly preferred
