Job Summary
Policy Service Officer II provides customer service via phone calls, answers questions regarding product, process, policy, and billing; supports multiple products by processing calls and emails, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, codes, and company policies. The role emphasizes completing required regulatory and privacy obligations, handling quotes and policy renewals, maintaining professional customer interactions, and coordinating with stakeholders while following scripted guidance. Proficiency in IT tools (Guidewire, ANUBIS) and strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are key to delivering accurate information and maintaining QBE brand integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 1 year relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and Problem solving skills
- Call center experience within the insurance and/or banking industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS tools (preferred)
- Basic knowledge on Insurance (preferred)
- Ability to master use of multiple IT applications (Guidewire, ANUBIS) (preferred)
