Job Summary
Policy Review Specialist focusing on Personal Lines, responsible for retaining policyholders and improving retention through outbound renewal-related activities, analyzing coverage to retain and grow existing book of business, recommending additions or changes, and cross-selling opportunities while adhering to underwriting guidelines. Role involves calculating/presenting quotes, generating periodic reports, maintaining carrier relationships, and meeting retention and quality targets. Strong phone communication, question-based selling, and time-management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service and/or sales
- Current NYS Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
