Job Summary
Policy Owner Services Specialist responsibilities include receiving communications from insurance companies about client policies, notifying clients about late premiums, and servicing existing policies (beneficiary/ownership changes, premium mode changes, lapse and reinstatement, duplicate policy requests, Agent of Record changes, coverage reductions, over-age policy conversion, cancellations, and death claims). The role requires updating client databases, coordinating with financial institutions and insurers on collateral assignments, processing policy suspensions due to military deployment, and reinstatement. Strong customer service, detail-orientation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential, with the position based onsite in New Castle, PA (3 days/week).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word
- High-level customer service skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
