Policy Officer - Whole of Gov EOI

Policy Officer to help shape and deliver whole-of-government policy initiatives in NSW, focusing on policy development, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project support within the NSW Reconstruction Authority. Role involves researching policy issues, preparing advice and documentation, coordinating working groups and consultations, monitoring policy outcomes, and aligning work with strategic directions. Flexible/hybrid working environment in Parramatta/Sydney; temporary full-time until June 2028; salary AUD 113,574–125,720 plus super. Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or hold a valid Australian working visa for the duration of the appointment; current NSW Government Public Sector employee status required. Strong writing and communication skills, ability to work independently, and experience in policy development are preferred.
