Job Summary
Policy & Data Analyst will analyze, synthesize, and communicate data on economic and community impacts of real estate activities; design frameworks to measure long-term economic impact under Chapter 392 of the Texas Local Government Code; design dashboards and reports for senior leadership; ensure data integrity across finance, real estate, and operations; translate analytics into accessible messaging for policymakers and the public; monitor Texas legislative developments and draft high-impact policy briefs and advocacy materials; conduct market research and benchmarking to identify best practices; provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and special projects; hybrid work schedule available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Urban Planning, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in data or policy analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in policy or economic impact research
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously
