Job Summary

Serve as the OSW Policy representative for DoW's IT system, planning and evaluating Security Cooperation programs referred to as Socium. Represent OSW Policy DASW Security Cooperation with requirements gathering and user access requests as needed. Participate in weekly meetings to discuss requirements, implementation, and sprint cycle updates. Provide strategic direction and requirements related to DoW Security cooperation guidance and priorities. Support communication and coordination between OSW Policy and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency on emergent SC policy or program issues. This role requires a SECRET clearance and is based at the Pentagon 3-4 days a week.

Required Qualifications

  • A Master's Degree in Political Science, Public Policy, National security studies or related field
  • 3 years of security cooperation experience or comparable experience supporting an OSW level organization
  • Oral and written communication skills to deal effectively with mid and high-level partner contacts, the host government, and local communities
  • Ability to apply government agency regulations and procedures related to controlled unclassified information and foreign disclosure to daily work requirements
  • Excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet programs and database management
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
  • LMI will only consider applicants with current security clearances
  • For this position, a SECRET clearance is required
  • only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
