Job Summary
Policy Analyst responsible for advancing CFH’s priorities on homelessness, housing, and healthcare at local, state, and federal levels. Conduct policy research, develop policy frameworks, prepare reports and presentations, and create analytic and public education materials. Engage with coalitions, government agencies, and advocates; organize advocacy campaigns, including lobbying and public awareness initiatives; coordinate communications strategies; and Support testimony for hearings. Hybrid in-office and remote work schedule with travel as needed. Requires strong written and verbal communication, experience with qualitative and quantitative research, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Education: bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred. Travel and scheduling flexibility implied by duties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Public Health, Political Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in policy analysis, research, or advocacy (preferably in homelessness, healthcare, and/or housing)
- Must submit writing sample with resume
