Required Qualifications
- Valid California POST certification
- Possession of California POST Basic Certificate or higher
- Must meet POST requirements to be a Peace Officer (SB2)

- Ability to pass physical ability test (PAT) and background investigation
- Knowledge of California state laws, codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have valid California Driver's License (Class C)
- Subject to medical and psychological evaluation
