Job Summary
Prepare and serve drinks to guests and servers while processing POS transactions and managing cash variances. Maintain the bar with full stock levels, ensuring no product overages or shortages occur. Adhere strictly to company and health department standards and policies. Minimum age requirement is 21, with effective communication skills and knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverage recipes. Must obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration. Cash handling experience is essential.
