Job Summary
Experienced Construction Site Manager to take full responsibility for day-to-day operations across construction and installation sites. Lead on-site teams (Rehlko and subcontractors), act as the primary Health & Safety authority, manage RAMS and the Permit to Work system, identify and mitigate risks, and coordinate with the Projects team and clients to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Opportunity to work on power generation and M&E projects with clear career progression into senior project leadership roles. Must be able to travel and stay away as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or industrial M&E environments
- SMSTS certification (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and Health & Safety legislation
- Experience managing subcontractors, enforcing RAMS, and leading on-site operations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a professional, client-facing manner
- Strong IT skills and confidence using systems such as ERP and SharePoint
- Flexibility to travel and stay away
- Desirable: Experience within the power generation or M&E sectors
