Job Summary
Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and modify new and existing industrial production equipment while documenting and executing maintenance procedures. Perform mechanical testing of electro-mechanical equipment by replacing, inspecting, and dismantling defective parts, then implement upgrades and part changeovers. Work as part of a manufacturing maintenance team to complete assigned tasks and support Pol-Tex International's mission as the premier recycling center in the Gulf Coast Region.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience performing troubleshooting functions in a manufacturing environment
- A strong desire to be hands on with their work and to follow processes through
- The aptitude and desire necessary to be a good student of Pol-Tex processes, equipment, and procedures
- Problem solving skills including troubleshooting of mechanical equipment
