Job Summary
Conduct poker games including Hold'em and Stud, safeguard company assets, and ensure table bank and pot accuracy. Adhere to all corporate, property, and Poker Department policies while complying with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Review the working environment for safety hazards and perform BRUSH duty as needed. Maintain composure in noisy environments and handle guest complaints professionally. Possess basic math and money handling skills to collect all accrued tips. Sit and deal for extended periods of 2 to 4 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in conducting poker game
- Basic mathematic skills
- Money handling skills
- Thorough understanding and working knowledge of all Poker Room promotions and payoffs
- Ability to deal all Hold'em and Stud type poker games
- Ability to communicate, understand and read and write the English language
- Posses the ability to sit and deal for long periods of time (2 to 4 hour periods)
- The ability to make sound professional decisions in a noisy and at times confusing environment
- The ability to retain his/hers composure and professional demeanor in times of Guests and Employee displeasure's, requests and/or complaints
- Required to do BRUSH-duty As Needed
- Comply with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Regulations
