Job Summary
Poker Dealers are responsible for operating designated table games, exchanging chips for cash, calculating payoffs for wagers, and providing exceptional guest service. Successful candidates must have a minimum of one year of dealing experience, strong mathematical skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Compliance with gaming regulations and maintaining a professional demeanor are essential. A Rhode Island gaming license is required, and candidates must demonstrate knowledge of poker games and complete dealer auditions.
Required Qualifications
- One year or more of dealing experience
- Properly trained and licensed
- Must be able to speak and understand English

- Ability to successfully complete dealer auditions in the games for which dealer has received training
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and prior training in the game of Poker
