Job Summary
Setup and run the machine with maximum efficiency and productivity while operating it using measuring tools. Monitor work quality, understand work tolerances, and keep tooling and work organized. Read and sign paperwork, then fill out the production log daily. This role supports US Tool Group's mission to provide cost savings through cutting tool reconditioning for aerospace and defense contractors.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Problem solving skills involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations
- Ability to perform basic functions of arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure
- Ability to perform reading, writing and speaking at a basic level
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
- 100% Standing/sitting (employee preference)
- Lifting up to 25 lbs.
- 5 -10% shifting or bending
