Point of Contact (PoC) – Community Outreach & Participant Coordinator

Job Summary

Identify and contact local businesses, organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to recruit participant groups for a large-scale Robotics AI data collection project. Build and maintain relationships with community leaders while explaining the project scope, compensation, and expectations to potential participants. Coordinate participant schedules, ensure recording sessions are properly organized, and act as the main point of contact between participants and the TSMG operations team. Track recruitment progress, maintain accurate records, and resolve logistical issues to support participant retention. Report updates to the TSMG team and ensure all participants complete required onboarding documentation. This flexible, remote role requires strong communication skills and involves occasional local visits to partner organizations.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple participants and schedules simultaneously
  • Confident using email, spreadsheets, messaging applications, and online meeting tools
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Additional local language proficiency
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
