Point of Contact (PoC) – Community Outreach & Participant Coordinator

Job Summary
Conduct local community outreach to identify and contact businesses, organizations, and educational institutions as potential participant sources. Build and maintain relationships with community leaders while recruiting groups of participants who meet project requirements. Explain the project scope, compensation, and expectations to potential participants, then coordinate their schedules to ensure recording sessions are properly organized. Act as the main point of contact between participants and the TSMG operations team, tracking progress, resolving logistical issues, and reporting updates. Ensure all participants complete required onboarding and documentation while supporting retention through regular engagement. This flexible, project-based role involves remote work with occasional local visits, offering training and onboarding before launch.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable reaching out to businesses, organizations, and community groups
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple participants and schedules simultaneously
- Confident using email, spreadsheets, messaging applications, and online meeting tools
- Basic English communication skills
- Additional local language proficiency
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
