Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of curriculum developers focused on lab sciences subjects. Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to design innovative lab-based activities and develop comprehensive curriculum modules aligned with educational standards. Ensure content is age-appropriate, integrate interactive and inquiry-based learning techniques, and review existing materials for accuracy. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members while collaborating with other curriculum teams for interdisciplinary connections. Commit to a minimum six-month, pro-bono role of approximately six flexible hours weekly to advance STEM education access for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
