Job Summary
Collaborate with Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) to ensure high-quality foot care delivery and support their training and development as directed by the Chief Medical Officer. Conduct monthly audits of at least 10% of APRN charts to verify compliance with established standards, then report findings to the CMO. Provide ongoing support and resources to foster APRN success in practice while maintaining excellence in patient care. This role requires a DPM or MD with a current Missouri license and experience in collaborative practice environments. Required Qualifications
- Must reside within reasonable commute of advertised market
- DPM or MD degree required
- Current and valid medical license to practice in Missouri and potentially other states
- Experience in a collaborative practice environment
- Ability to mentor and train healthcare professionals effectively
- Knowledge of compliance standards and auditing processes in healthcare
