Job Summary
Diagnose and treat conditions of the foot, ankle, and lower extremities; perform procedures and surgeries (e.g., bunion corrections, fracture care, ingrown toenail or infection management); prescribe treatments including medications, orthotics, physical therapy, and preventive care; educate patients on foot care and prevention of complications from diabetes, arthritis, and circulatory issues. Requires graduation from an accredited medical school, NY medical license, and board certification/eligibility as a radiologist; hospital setting experience and wound care training are noted advantages. Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Medical School
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiologist
- Active New York Medical License
- Experience working alone or with wound care training in a hospital setting
