Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions for residents in long-term care, nursing homes, and senior living communities. Deliver preventive care, including diabetic foot management, and educate patients and caregivers on mobility and foot health. Collaborate with facility staff to ensure patient-centered outcomes while participating in Medicare quality programs. Document clinical encounters in NextGen EMR using a company-issued iPad. Requires a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree, active state licensure, and BLS certification.
