Job Summary
Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities, assessing, diagnosing, and treating foot and lower limb conditions. Deliver preventive care for high-risk patients, including diabetic foot management, while educating patients and caregivers on mobility and foot health. Collaborate with facility staff for patient-centered outcomes and participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top-tier care. Document clinical encounters in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad. Requires a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree, active state licensure, and BLS certification. Part-time or full-time flexible scheduling available with guaranteed patient volume.
