Job Summary
Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities by assessing, diagnosing, and treating foot and lower limb conditions. Deliver preventive care for high-risk patients, including diabetic foot management, and educate patients and caregivers on mobility and foot health. Collaborate with facility staff for patient-centered outcomes and participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top-tier care. Document clinical encounters in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad. Choose between full-time or part-time flexible scheduling with guaranteed patient volume from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree
- Active state licensure
- eligibility to obtain licensure
- BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care/nursing home settings
- ACLS certification
