Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities by assessing, diagnosing, and treating foot and lower limb conditions. Deliver preventive care for high-risk patients, including diabetic foot management, while educating patients and caregivers on mobility and foot health. Collaborate with facility staff for patient-centered outcomes and participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top-tier care. Document clinical encounters in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad. Part-time (1099) role with flexible scheduling and guaranteed patient volume. Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree required with active state licensure; BLS certification required.
