Job Summary
Podiatrist needed to provide comprehensive foot and lower-extremity care for patients in long-term care facilities. Responsibilities include examinations of feet/legs to diagnose conditions, treatment of injuries such as fractures, prescribing medications for joint pain, and recommending foot orthoses to improve mobility. Provide foot care guidance and order necessary tests. Part-time schedule (3 days/week) based in Orlando, FL with competitive annual compensation of $90,000-$120,000. Requires DPM degree, DEA license, and long-term care experience; candidates must be able to lift 20 lbs and stand/walk up to 6-8 hours/day.
