Job Summary
Host The Daily Grace Co. podcast episodes, facilitate biblically grounded interviews with theologians and ministry leaders, and create a growth strategy to drive brand awareness. Manage the production calendar, coordinate guest logistics, and write show notes while contributing regularly to YouTube videos. Collaborate with marketing teams on content distribution and promotional campaigns, analyze performance metrics to increase subscriber reach, and maintain project workflows using tools like Asana or ClickUp. Own the end-to-end success of the podcast, ensuring theological accuracy and audience engagement across all platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in podcasting, content creation, media production, communications, or related work
- Experience hosting interviews, speaking publicly, teaching, or creating video/audio content
- Strong understanding of Scripture and Christian theology
- Excellent verbal communication and interviewing skills
- Strong writing and content and copyediting abilities
- Exceptional organization and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in appearing on camera and speaking to large audiences
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
- Ability to receive and implement feedback with humility and professionalism
- Passion for continuous learning and personal growth
- Experience with some or all of the following: Podcast hosting platforms, YouTube Studio, Google Workspace, Project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar), Audio and video production workflows, Basic analytics and reporting tools, Social media
Desired Qualifications
- studies in theology, Bible, communications, journalism, media, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with YouTube content creation and audience-building strategies preferred
