Podcast Editor & Content Strategist role focused on end-to-end content lifecycle for long-form podcasts and short-form clips. Responsibilities include long-form editing, storytelling and retention strategy, clip strategy for viral short-form content, packaging and CTR optimization, analytics interpretation across YouTube/Spotify/TikTok/Instagram, and implementing AI-powered workflows. Ideal candidates think commercially with a focus on audience behavior, retention, and scalable content systems; deliver per-episode assets (full-length episode, optimized versions, ~20 clips, thumbnails, titles, and timestamp highlights) and ensure platform-ready formatting with high-quality audio/video.
