Job Summary
POD Maintenance Technician responsible for regular inspection and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper operation; analyze causes of equipment failures and provide improvement suggestions to enhance operational efficiency; participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment to ensure compliance with operational requirements; familiar with equipment operating standards; provide technical support and report. Key duties include equipment inspections, scheduling according to customer production requirements, root-cause analysis of abnormalities, inventory management of electronic components, trackers, and materials, and conducting regular audits to ensure physical inventory aligns with system records. Skills emphasize proficiency in MS Office and Excel, strong attention to detail, problem-solving for Test room issues, and the ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with potential overtime and shift flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in operate Test room equipment.
