PO1 Controls, OT Networks & Automation Manager

Job Summary
Deploy and govern OT networks, automation, and control technologies across 10 plants and 43 lines in Egypt to ensure digital assets operate per design and IT/OT policies. Conduct risk assessments, manage vulnerability programs, and design network segmentation to protect ICS, SCADA, and IIoT systems from cyber threats while maintaining connectivity. Lead digital transformation projects, integrate Industry 4.0 tools, and coach maintenance teams on advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance plans. Act as the technical focal point for disaster recovery, vendor risk management, and regional cybersecurity initiatives to safeguard business continuity and drive productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Deep Knowledge OF OT & IT network architectures and programming applications and IDC Soft wear and Hardware designs
- Solid Knowledge of PLC control & software (Siemens & Alan Bradly)
- Solid knowledge of Communication networks (ASI bus, Profibus ether net, ......etc.) as well as OT infrastructure architecture and maintenance
- Very solid electrical & mechanical background in industrial lines
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills for software and hardware components

- MS project Knowledge
- 12-15 years' experience in Engineering maintenance, OT networks & Automation for FMCG preferably in food / pharmaceutical industries
