Job Summary
The PN MA, Internal Staffing is responsible for delivering competent and skilled care to patients as supervised by RN/LVN and/or physician/nurse practitioner. This role requires a team-oriented attitude and strong customer relations skills, with an emphasis on adaptability to various office locations and routines. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited medical assisting program, have at least one year of experience in pediatric outpatient care, and possess current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of medical assisting
- 1-year experience as a medical assistant in a pediatric outpatient care setting preferred
- Current AHA healthcare provider BLS
- Valid Texas driver's license and current Texas automobile liability insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Current National MA certification - preferred
Additional Requirements
- Extensive travel required
