Job Summary
Monitor and manage maintenance activities for heavy equipment, machinery, and vehicles across project sites. Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, diagnose mechanical faults, and coordinate timely repairs to ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize downtime. Supervise workshop activities, technicians, and external service providers while maintaining records, service logs, and equipment history. Coordinate equipment allocation, mobilization, and demobilization between sites, support procurement in technical evaluations, and prepare periodic reports on performance and utilization. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safety procedures. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of PMV experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in PMV, heavy equipment, fleet, or construction machinery maintenance
- Strong experience in tower cranes
- Previous experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and fleet management practices
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy machinery and workshop operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site requirements
