Job Summary
Manage end-to-end performance management processes from goal setting through appraisals and feedback. Partner with department heads to define metrics and KPIs, then develop strategies to drive organizational excellence. Conduct appraisal meetings, coordinate performance improvement plans, and maintain employee productivity databases while ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Prepare reports, templates, and documentation to support a transparent, high-performance culture. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration with 2-3 years of performance management experience; HRIS or PMS experience is an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years experience in performance management or human resources
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with HRIS or Performance Management Systems (PMS) is an added advantage
