PMR Task Manager

Lead and direct assigned task area functions by monitoring productivity metrics, queue status, and daily staff workloads. Coordinate priorities and resources across functions, facilitate sessions to resolve issues among CSR staff and leads, and work with leads to set daily production goals. Allocate resources to ensure deliverables meet time and budget constraints while leading and mentoring the team to drive performance improvement. Be responsible for all disciplinary actions, including timesheet monitoring, write-ups, and performance reviews. Identify personnel for training refreshers based on tenure and performance. Provide support to the PMO and Project Manager as needed.
