Job Summary
Guide the technical project management organization by ensuring solid processes, roles, and communication standards. Support and accompany highly complex projects, including initial setup, planning, collaboration models like SCRUM, and problem-solving mechanisms. Manage project audits for both internal and external reviews. Develop, maintain, and enforce project management trainings with GTMs to ensure continuous competency ramp-up. Act as the central owner for engineering data quality in relevant PMS tools and serve as the main interface to the QMM department for man-mapping on engineering problem cases. Requires high-level ownership, energy, and excellent soft skills to build relationships with GTM stakeholders and other teams.

- Support and accompany projects for Audits (internal and external)
- Develop, maintain and enforce project management trainings (incl. PS) together w/ GTMs to ensure continuous competency ramp-up of CoC
- Act as central owner for engineering data quality in relevant tools of PMS and ensure high-quality engineering data
- Act as main interface to QMM department ensuring the right man-mapping from ENG side for each problem case
