Job Summary

Coordinate program governance, facilitate councils, and manage stage exits for Global S&T transformation initiatives. Lead performance management by tracking schedule, scope, and cost progress while managing risks, issues, and dependencies. Own end-to-end delivery of supply chain projects, including roadmap development, change management, and go-live coordination. Centralize project materials in the PPM tool and manage resource allocation and gap assessments. Ensure consistent execution of COE standards and facilitate knowledge transfers between business units.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Finance, or Transformation roles
  • Experience in program/project management
  • Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Highly motivated and decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills
  • Self-starter capable of managing own agenda within a complex, fast paced environment
  • Ability to understand and provide a top-line strategic view and / or detailed and accurate analysis to support recommendations for Leadership decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across organizational geographies and functions
  • Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences
