Job Summary
PMO: Strategic Initiatives and Country HR Operations — Hybrid role with an expectation of 2 days per week from an HPE office. Leads planning and execution of strategic HR initiatives across APJ, tracks dependencies and milestones, develops dashboards and reports, maintains PDLS and organizational charts, coordinates employee engagement events, and supports core HR operations with a focus on data integrity and governance. Requires strong program coordination, stakeholder management, data reporting, calendar management, and cross-functional collaboration to enable leadership decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Strong program coordination and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong data management capabilities
- Proficiency in reporting, tracking tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
