PMO Sr. Program Manager

Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level growth programs, including new site builds, expansions, and facilities readiness required to meet committed product launch timelines. Gather requirements, objectives, and customer needs, then translate them into executable plans and milestones. Develop integrated program plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and change management using PMI standards. Lead cross-functional teams across facilities, engineering, manufacturing, IT, supply chain, finance, legal, and HR to deliver multiple complex programs. Manage capital expenditure requests, resource allocation, and budget forecasting while monitoring project-specific KPIs. Conduct risk analyses, implement mitigation plans, and report program status, issues, and solutions to leadership. Ensure compliance with company security policies and governance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs
- Proven experience delivering facilities-driven or capital-intensive initiatives (site builds, expansions, infrastructure programs)
- Strong ability to translate requirements into executable plans and drive delivery across matrixed teams
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Demonstrated expertise applying PMI standards and methodologies across the full project lifecycle
- Experience supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
